Welpless Shipping Policy

At Welpless, we proudly serve customers in the United Kingdom and the United States.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

Orders are fulfilled by our international logistics partners and may ship from facilities located outside the destination country, including China.

Order Processing Time

All orders require a processing period before shipment.

Processing Time:
1–4 business days (Monday–Friday).

During this time, we prepare your order, quality-check items, and arrange shipment with our logistics partners.


Order Cut-Off Times

To ensure same-day processing:

  • United Kingdom: Orders placed before 5:00 PM (London Time – GMT/BST) will begin processing the same day.
  • United States: Orders placed before 5:00 PM (Los Angeles Time – Pacific Time) will begin processing the same day.

Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.


Shipping & Transit Time

After processing, orders are shipped internationally.

Transit Time:
6–12 business days (Monday–Friday).

Estimated Total Delivery Time:
7–16 business days (including processing time).

Please note that international shipping times may vary due to customs clearance or carrier delays.
